And yet another great Monmouth County Restaurant. Had a 45-minute wait for a 715 reservation but that seems to be the norm for any good dining experience anymore. Wonderful holiday ambience - a quaint "pubesque" feel. Loud as hell and hard to hear server at 8pm on a Sunday but vibrant to say the least. Food was excellent and Lucas, our server, made the experience more enjoyable - a very good server!! We'll def be back.

Outstanding holiday decorations and energized feeling for Christmas. Food was ok, not great, as well as overpriced. Drink menu was cool and appetizers were really good.

Food was good...cocktail was good but not worth $18. The glass was very small. The place looked beautiful in it's christmas decor.

Spectacular holiday setting! So festive! Service was outstanding. Food was excellent and unique. I didn’t give it 5 stars because I didn’t like the fact that I was told up front I had only an hour to eat. I didn’t feel really rushed but would have liked it more if I didn’t have a time limit.

We loved eating here for our Christmas week date. The ambiance was incredible - amazing decorations - but the food and drinks were outstanding. We absolutely enjoyed dining here and have already recommended Brothers Daley to three people. We will certainly be back!

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I made a reservation about a month or more in advance for my boyfriend’s birthday dinner. I kindly put in the notes to please wish him a happy birthday & to please put a candle in his dessert. From the second we sat we felt like we were an inconvenience to the staff & our server. She didn’t even tell us her name and spent most of the time chatting with her family who was sitting at the bar area. I should mention I asked for a dining room table in my reso & they put us in a corner table in the bar area surrounded by a packed bar of people. At this point they come and shoo the bar patrons away from our table (I thought they did that because we sat down to eat dinner) but no they immediately come over and start stacking chairs right on top of our table and setting up a dj booth right next to us. Not one time did anyone address the commotion or apologize for the commotion going on right on top of our table. At this point I can’t even hear my bf speaking right next to me. The server never checked on our drinks and my bf absolutely hated his dirty martini it tasted like they shook it with the bleu cheese in the olives. Then we get our bread app and 5 mins later she comes over and takes my plate away and asks my bf if she can take his as he’s eating and using his plate and he had to tell the server (while chewing) he was using it to eat. At this point we’ve been seated for only about 30 minutes. We had the server, busser, and I think manager(?) all come try to take our dinner plates before we even had them on our table for 10 minutes. Then we order an espresso martini for dessert and only had a few sips left when the busser came back and asked if we were done. The drinks were $18 and tasted no alcohol. I had two cocktails and wasn’t even buzzed. Worst drinks in Monmouth County. The rude server rushed us out and never even offered us dessert, let alone acknowledge that it was my bf’s birthday or put a candle. Never coming back.

On a busy, busy night, Christmas Eve, we didn’t feel rushed for a second, Dalton was terrific, handled our weird questions with ease and grace, she was a lively and lovely part of our time at Brothers. If we weren’t in the Christmas spirit, it wouldn’t have been for long. The bar, restaurant and outdoor space are decorated for the holidays, not an inch or dollar was spared, absolutely spectacular, tasteful and joyous decorations everywhere. Magnificent, really. We inhaled oysters, so fresh, perfectly shucked, could have eaten another dozen (and then some), delicious wines and cocktails, then three delish entrees including special. No room for dessert. A perfect night, will be back. And back again, thank you!
