Our world seems to revolve around more, more, and more. More things and more attention, and even beers have more ingredients and more noise around them. But with excess in excess, an authentic craft beer was nowhere to be found. And when you think you found it, it’s lost in the next pour.

With tradition and consistency as their true norths, our two captains, Brenton and Andrew, ventured overseas. Exploring endless beers and brew houses, they discovered a new tradition. One that embraces traditional European brewing methodology, but with state-of-the-art tech that empowers us to provide a purer brew that is consistent across every batch. A refreshing, crisp beer that pays homage to exactly that: a proper brew.

Went to a packed comedy night at the brewery. Great range of drinks, great food (a bit slow on service) and good vibes. MC was too loud, but the comedians were very funny.

The Brewery is very good. Not as large and imposing as some of the others at Brookie. The beer I had ( Porter ) was top quality. The service is probably the best I have had at a venue in recent times. Staff are polite and professional. We ate from the food truck and we think they may have salted up the food a bit too much. Guys, if you use good quality meat you don't need to salt it. We saw the Lazy Crows band who were terrific. If they play there again I'm in.

Good selection of other drinks if someone doesn’t like beer really yummy food we went on a pretty quiet afternoon however I could imagine up being a really good vibe when busier

The band was talented and would have been better if not raining and they were outside as the acoustics inside made it hard to hear the singing.
