Briss è un ristorante dallo stile sobrio ed elegante, in cui le pietanze riescono sempre a stupire i palati dei clienti. Dal semplice polpo ubriaco alla piastra fino alla tartare di gamberi rossi di Mazara: ogni piatto è ben costruito, per colori e sapori, e ben presentato. Ma questo ristorante del centro di Torino riesce a sbalordire anche con ottime fritture e bottarga deliziosa. Due Pesci Fuor d'Acqua vi farà sentire la vita del fondo del mare, con il suo profumo di salsedine, la delicatezza dei sapori e un’atmosfera marina. Briss si trova vicino a corso IV Novembre ed è quello che ci vuole se state cercando un ristorante buono e dall’aria informale!
