   The service was good our waiter was good but my lamb chops were not I asked for them medium well and it was raw so not to complain I ate around the raw meat because I knw it was Valentine’s Day it was packed and can be overwhelming I will give it a another try and the waiter gave me some dessert on the house and that was nice but another then that everything was ok

   Server never came and checked on us but twice after being there 2 hours , food came out after over a hour wait, we knew it was something with our order because the waiter thought our food had came out

   The service and food was definitely 5 star. Server was on top of our table on a busy Valentine’s night. The Chicken as well as my wife’s pork chops were cooked to perfection. You won’t find a better option.

   Amy was our server and she just did not seem interested in serving us. She never came back after someone else delivered our food to see if everything was ok and when she did come back she didn’t say anything and just filled our water. I had to go find our own to go box and waited for a long time just to pay. The employees were all bunched up just talking and two other servers looking at their cell phones. Very unprofessional service. I have been there many times but will not go back to this one.

   This visit to Brio was a HUGE disappointment! The hostesses were snarky. Service was unbelievably slow. We weren't greeted at our table for at least 15 minutes, food came out slow, drink refills did not happen, the server was too busy to come check on us to see if the food was okay or if we needed anything. To top it off, both bathrooms were disgustingly dirty. There was also a large very LOUD party upstairs making it hard to have a conversation with those at your own table. Overall, it was not enjoyable. The manager did come over and took care of us, but this was the 2nd weekend in a row that our experience was so awful. We came back because the manager the weekend before asked us to give them another try. We figured the first time was an anomaly, and we went back. Having as bad of an experience again makes us wonder if this location is starting to slip. This used to be our go to restaurant when at the mall. Not sure we are brave enough to try again.

   Food was good. Our problem was that the appetizers came out fast The next minute, he came out with our food and he realized that we had just been given the appetizers and he took food back.then in less than 5 minutes he came back with our meals. Didn't have a chance to enjoy our appetizers with our drinks. Requested bread and it was never delivered. We left and took most our food home. Very disappointed.

   Food was okay, we waited 50 min to get our food . My husband ordered salmon dish but honestly the salmon was very small not worth the 32$ for the dish.

   Thought this would be a great experience for a dinner date night for me and my wife but we were very disappointed. We arrived a few minutes late, we even called them to let them know we were stuck in traffic. We were seated promptly and given a menu. We sat there for about 20 minutes at least while our server walked back and forth and never acknowledge we were even there, didn't offer us water or anything, our table was bare except for salt and pepper shaker and of course our menu. We knew what we wanted to order so we sat and waited and finally a gentleman on the other side noticed us and came over to get us some water and he said he went to check on our waiter. Finally the waiter came by and took our order and apologized for the wait. The waiter then left and brought back bread and butter which was delicious but never gave us any plates or utensils. Again the gentleman who first helped us on the other side noticed that we didn't have anything to eat with and he brought some plates and utensils to us, he also let the manager know what was going on and the manager came by and even offered us an appetizer on the house, but when he realized we didn't order one he gave us an employee discount. We both enjoyed our food and the manager and other waiter gentleman that helped us deserve 5 stars. But other than that I feel like because me and my wife were at a table and not a big party ( just us 2) we were neglected because bigger parties have to often tip more so they were a priority to some waiters. So I read not long ago that tips are earned, not given out because the bill says it's 20% so unfortunately our waiter did not earn 20% tip. He did come by about 15 minutes after we got our food to check if everything was okay but didn't refill our water so when I was out of water I stopped eating and then after he passed by a few times he noticed and he stopped and I asked him for some water so he then brought some for me and my wife. Overall this visit was okay-ish

    It has been a year since we last dined at Brio. Quality of food has declined noticeably. Four of us ordered NY strip steaks. The quality of meat has declined. Only 2 of the 4 were cooked properly. One steak was so over cooked (ordered medium) that it was too tough to eat. Prices are OK, if the food was prepared properly. Plus three of us ordered a wedge...big disparity between the size of the wedges and volume of dressing that arrived at our table. For everyone's information, they now serve Pepsi products there as well, not Coca-Cola. I can't in good faith recommend this restaurant for steaks.
