    This was on a Friday night after a snow storm. Plus Brio’s was offering a special 3 course dinner. Very loud. Waiter inexperienced and overwhelmed. Was paying with InKind and neither the waiter nor the manager were familiar with it. We will return as Brio’s has good food in a comfortable setting. We just hit it on an extremely busy weekend night.

    Had a birthday dinner with family members, celebrating their 79th. Server "Bailey" was attentive but busy with many other tables. Drinks as ordered and food properly served, warm and tasty. Restaurant was very busy, but atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable.

    It was amazing we were there to celebrate our Founders Day our server was great she handle 13 women with ease food was amazing!

    I took a visiting International group of 4 and the service was extremely disappointing. Waited 15 minutes and no one came to offer even water. I finally got hold of a waitress and she got us water. We ordered drinks and out of 3, one was wrong. Then we ordered food which came another 30 mins or so later, with one order wrong. We mentioned and the waitress took down notes about dietary restrictions (dairy) and still the steak came out with a dollop of butter on top. I think the food was okay and tasty in general. The waitress apologized so many times that I felt sorry for her. Overall I think this place lacks a lot of training and maybe systematic process of handling a table. When you sit someone down at a table you need to bring them water or send someone to ask at least in the next 5-10 mins if not earlier. Things go wrong at times, it was just too embarrassing to host a business guest from overseas and have all of these issues. Hope they do more improvement with their service.

    We had a lovely late Sunday brunch around 2PM. The appetizer and the entrees (one breakfast; one lunch) were all delicious. Clearly very high quality ingredients and very good execution and attention to detail. A bit pricey so we would be back for some future special occasion (when we feel like treating ourselves).

    This restaurant has passed its prime. Salads were meh. Entres were below average. The bar program used to be top notch. Now, it felt average. No need to return. Especially in a town where there are so many options.

    Service was fine, but the food was BAD! It tasted awful, all 4 of us had food left over and didn’t want to take any home. It tasted like a cheap chain restaurants food.

    Small crowd due to weather. Lindsay our server was great - attentive but didn’t hover. Food was very good and came quickly. Beer is expensive
