   We had a miserable experience at Brio. It took more than 85 minutes to get our entrees, and the waitress and hostess never checked in with us, never told us there was a back-up in the kitchen, and then never offered any kind of discount or free dessert to try to make things right. We had kids with us and it was obvious we and others were without food for huge stretches of time. When the food finally arrived, one salad came soaked in dressing when we had asked for the dressing on the side, and the pasta was overcooked and soggy. We spoke with the “general manager” afterwards and all she said was that there was a backup and managers had to work in the kitchen to help get food out. No effort to make things right for us. We will never return.

   Spinach and chicken fettuccine was a nice change, although the sauce was a bit much. Chicken Marsala always a good choice.

   The restaurant is so cold you need a winter coat. Many customers were complaining. Even the staff were cold. Manager said she would make it warmer but we never noticed any change. Two of our four meals came, another one came as the guests with meals were finished. The fourth meal was never served, we had it boxed and took it home. We will not be back even though they only charged us for 2 meals

   Absolutely terrible experience. The staff was not at all prepared for the Christmas dinner guests. We waited 45 mins after our reservation time to be seated; we were informed they had run out of bread hours earlier; we were served our beverages in styrofoam cups; we waited an hour for our food and only 2/3 items were delivered; we had no silverware and the third dish was never served. Really awful.

   On Christmas, I had a reservation, they sent me 20 minutes after which I can understand because it was busy. However, the drinks came 30 minutes later, the appetizers came an hour later and the calamari was green. Only one of our soups came out. And after two hours, we decided to leave and we also found out that our pasta order had not even been put in. I’ve been to this restaurant before the service is always good, but the wait time of an hour to get an appetizer and two hours to get a second appetizer and yet no meal going onto 2 1/2 hours was a bit absurd when we had a reservation.

   On December 25 Christmas diners,it is not the place to go!!!! With a reservation for 7pm(reservation since December 3rd) we did start eating at 9pm. They have take to many reservations for the number of people that can sit in the resto..

   Good and server was very good. Although we had a reservation the hostess took our name and said thx for checking in. Then she disappeared. We stood for several minutes until we found another employee to seat us. There were several empty tables set up. I don’t understand what or why the wait. There were several other parties just standing waiting for the hostess to show up and seat us.
