   First peach bellini in site some time, delicious. The lamb chops were seasoned well and tender.. Every visit to Brio, I have to get the eggplant and shrimp, outstanding.

   They overbooked Valentine’s Day reservations. And they even advertised a menu items for weeks beforehand (while people were looking at the menu and making reservations for the 14th) only to take the menu item off on Valentine’s Day and replace it with a more expensive version of the same thing. Felt like a form of false advertisement. The kitchen was totally behind because the restaurant overbooked and chose profits over the customers. This is not the first experience I e had at brio that left me with a sour taste in my mouth. The decline of this restaurant should be studied. It should not take an hour just for us to get bread and salads. Within the time it took us to sit down and get our meal I saw multiple tables of elderly patrons express serious verbal concern over the wait times and lack of transparency from the waiters. Thought that I would give this place another chance. I completely regret doing that. Take your money elsewhere.

   First waiter was rude rushed eating and on the phone. Order was wrong didn't feel right asking for correct order horrible experience

   If I could give zero stars I would. Sadly, this was an awful experience. Should have known when I had to wait 10 minutes for a hostess to arrive. Didn’t get water for another 20 minutes my kids were so thirsty we went to the bar for water. Food took another 30 minutes to come out and waitress never checked on us, she was at the bar chatting. Didn’t get our check, we went to the bar to ask for it and pay. We would probably still be sitting there had we not tracked it down ourselves. The absolute worst! Will not return. Used to love this place. Sad.

   I hadn’t eaten at this restaurant for a while, the food did not taste the same! It was a 2 out of 10. Service was excellent and so were the cocktails. We won’t be back.

   This was the best experience I have had in a long time. Dominique and I believe her name is Sarah were simply amazing! We had a large party of 24 and they did not miss a beat. Wonderful personanalities and very attentive. Food was amazing and pricing is great. Would definitely recommend Brio.

   Service was very slow. Our server only showed roughly every 45 minutes, so our drinks were constantly empty, took forever to receive our bill and to-go containers and ultimately our dinner took roughly 3 hours!

   The host was an adorable older man…. So sweet and funny. The food was fantastic! Others in my party ordered pizza and lasagna and absolutely loved it! My meal (salmon) was delicious but took longer so they took it off the bill. I wasn’t expecting them to do that. At the end, I ordered a martini while others in my party ordered dessert. Unfortunately my martini never came, but they took that off the bill as well and apologized profusely.

    The person at the front desk was having difficulty seating guests, even those with reservations. It got crowded in the area quickly. Our server was the bartender (Russ) and he did a very good job. He was pleasant and efficient.
