   Worst dining experience! Had a reservation for granddaughter birthday. We were taken to our table by window as requested and ignored for 35 minutes….. finally waved down hostess (who had passed us several times) She said she would get a waiter ….. another 10 minutes. We did get water a placed a wine/drink order, several minutes later received glass of wine & took order! Food was ok. We should have left after first 15 minutes. Worst of all ….Not one apology - from anyone! They forgot or ignored fact of birthday celebrations. We let it go as well. Went out for desert at another resturant!

   Nice open floor plan. Not loud. Never got asked if we wanted cheese on top of our meal. Ordered the wedge salad to split- it was a 1/4 wedge. Not worth the price at all and so small. Was not split either. Chicken limone was awesome, three think cutlets, a scoop of mashed potatoes and broccolini. Mashed potatoes were not creamy at all. Like just butter and water added. Husband ordered the side of shrimp and scallop risotto and was served the meal portion which was overpriced for three shrimp and mini scallops. Was tasty though.

   Great food, great service….very kid friendly (not sure if that is a good or bad thing) but that co tributes to the noise. But will definitely visit again. Lamb chops and NY Strip were amazing.

   Out of my favorite dish, salmon, so I ordered chicken Marsala. It was horribly salty. Told waitress and she didn't offer an alternative. My mom's meal came out wrong so they took it back and she got it back when most of us were almost done eating

   Brio relentlessly promoted reservations for New Year’s Eve but were unfortunately ill prepared for the volume they achieved. Our reservation was at 6:30’pm, but we were not seated until 7:10 pm. The reception stand was pretty much a disorganized embarrassment. We wanted to order champagne by the glass, but they were already out at 7:15 pm, so it was a $125 bottle of more expensive wine or none. They were also out of salmon, the only choice of one of our party. She settled for a chicken dish which she rated mediocre. The filet ordered by two of us was just okay and mostly dry and we asked for medium so it was not due to being requested as well done. The evening was…….okay, but overall we will not do a holiday there again. We’ll come back to eat but not for something special.

   Food was great. My only negative comment is that when I ordered a glass of Prosecco, I was told they ran out. On New Years Eve at 7pm? 😳

   It was New Year's Eve so it was busy. We were seated near on time and ordered drinks. Bread service came and it was very good. I ordered the filet (medium). Near $50, it was only a 6 oz steak. It was cooked to order and was tender. They were kind enough to substitute the vegetable for me. We asked to taste their Chianti. Ordered a cab instead. Our other order was Pasta Brio and it was very good. No desert ordered. This was a second visit here. We'd come again, but probably not for a steak. The environment is attractive. They kindly left out some New Year's hats and glasses for customers that evening (for photos). One small thing, though, frequently caught our attention : yelling orders at the kitchen counter.

   food was good(but entree was lukewarm) biggest complaint was we got our calamari, which was very good, but about 5 min later our salad was there then not even 2 minutes after that our entree arrived. guess they were trying to be a bit too efficient since it was NYE.

    We were so pleased they were able to take our group of 13 (we made a reservation). Our server was great and there wasn’t a spec of food left uneaten! They also took care for a gluten allergy in our group. We would definitely go back!
