   Very slow service, starting from getting our “reserved seating” from host in spite of a non busy day (empty tables, long line waiting for a host). Server didnt offer drinks or appetizers first, and asked if we were ready. So we ordered our entree and added our drinks with it. Server came back because he forgot husbands order. Took a while for all orders to come in, but mango teas were pouring, thanks to that. Food finally came, 2 orders of lobster and shrimp fetuccine with no lobster. I asked server if it was lobster and shrimp because I clearly DO NOT see any lobster. He confidently said yes it is. Not first time ordering this, took a bite for benefit of a doubt, no lobster. Returned and waited again. Thank you for fixing it though. We dine here very often. Servings were smaller than before, not worth the price. Free dessert for the entree mistake. Thanks for trying to make it better. It was my son’s 15th bday, thankful there was lamb chops (his favorite and yearly tradition) And finally, thank you for singing with us the happy bday song. Appreciate it. In general, it could have been better.

   Food was AMAZING ! it was a bit of a chilly night for those in AZ . This was San tan village location . We asked several times if they could shut the air conditioning off . The doors were opening and closing so it was probably about 60 or 65 degrees in there . We had an older person in our group who was very much at risk for being too cold . Service was very good . Took awhile yo get our meal . They gave us bread . We had a salad first . Again FOOD IS DELICIOUS AND NICE PORTIONS

   Mid-weed visit. Went out for our anniversary so wanted dining experience. They were lightly staffed but service was excellent. Food was nicely presented, brought out in courses, and very flavorful. Will definitely go back again.

   Upon arrival there was known at the hostess station, after 10 minute wait a girl came up who was on her phone and didn’t acknowledge us. I asked her if she worked there and she said yes and went back to scrolling her phone. I told her we had reservations and she reluctantly, put her phone aside and took us to our table. We again sat for about 10 minutes before our server came to the table. Our server was very nice. He took our order and our salads were delivered, but dinner entrées were delivered about five minutes later. We had ordered a child’s plate and it did not arrive at the same time as the rest of the food we had to wait around 10 minutes for that this used to be one of our favorite places to dine but not anymore.

   Always delicious food and excellent service. Tuscan pork chops were very good, as well as the Porcini ravioli- Ravioli di bello.

   Food was cold, meals for everyone at the table were served at different times. Order scallops and they were bright to the table 30 minutes later after the food was served. Talked to the manager, he was wasn’t apologetic and didn’t care about how horrible the food was.

   I have been to this Brio in the past, and the food was excellent. However, on this trip, that wasn't the case. The food was subpar. In addition, something happened in the kitchen area, which delayed our food. That didn't bother us, but what did bother us was that we could see some of our food sitting under the heat lamps for an extended length of time (30+ minutes) while the kitchen issue was being dealt with, instead of making us fresh food. They delivered that food, which was barely warm. I ordered the Chicken Marsala, which was dry and not good. I want to thank our fabulous waitress, who graciously handled the food delay. She kept our beverages full and made sure we had bread to sustain us during the delay. She was great.

   I brought my teenagers in and We came in on a very slow night so both of those things probably influenced our experience …Everything was ok. Lamb chips a little overdone but the rosemary potatoes were great!! Flat bread smelled very strongly of strong cheese which turned the kids off. Calamari was tender but unevenly breaded and the garlic mayo ranch sauce was unique

    Firstly upon walking in there’s was nobody there to help or greet us then 10 mins later a cranky manager comes up and ask if we needed help. He was short and looks like he was not having a good day. We were sitted and waited for our waiter to come and took a while. The service and customer service were awful and horrible. They need to better staffed and more friendly service staff. Will be a while to re consider going back here.
