   At the last minute, we decided to grab a bite to eat after a long day, and Brios is one of our favorite spots near Crabtree Valley Mall! When we arrived, we were greeted by a long line, but luckily, we had a reservation and were quickly shown to our table. Our waiter, Nick, welcomed us with a big smile and shared the specials for the day, including a delicious Lobster bisque! It turned out to be the perfect way to wind down, enjoy some good conversation, and savor some amazing food after a busy workday.

   It was a really busy night, yet our waitress Deania was focused on our needs making it a delightful experience. 60 minutes from the time we sat down to closing out check out with drinks, appetizers and the main course. It was delicious and we had a great time.

   Why let me schedule a reservation at 11pm and when I get there at 10:50 pm you close at 11 pm. They need to take the reservation time down for 11:pm.

   FIRST AND LAST TIME USING OPENTABLE! This was the WORST Valentines Day experience. I made a 10:30pm reservation via OpenTable at Brio Italian Grille which closed at 11pm. We arrived before the reservation and the doors were locked. I met the super rude hostess at the door as she was letting someone out and she was dismissive about my reservation. We could have just eaten some bar food at 8:30pm if we knew the restaurant wasn’t going to let us in at our reservation. No accountability on either side. Can’t even reach a live human on the phone or chat with OpenTable.

   Extremely cold inside of the restaurant,everyone other than the workers had on coats at their tables. Pork chops came to the table pink n the middle……. Server was amazing

   We have never had a bad meal at Brio. We did a Valentines lunch with their special. THe food was wonderful, the service was great, they didn't rush us....all in all a great experience.

   We had an amazing dinner and Malik our server was engaging and attentive and so professional and the food was out of this world for an hour we felt like we were sitting in Italy enjoying an authentic delicious Italian meal. Thank you Brio see you soon!

   Brio is our go to place for family celebrations. This was a triple birthday party where we were allowed to bring in our own cupcake tree for the celebration. Every member of our dinner party has a different favourite dinner. Each of our selected entrees was prepared perfectly. Great people and great food!

   Lameir was attentive, patient and present! Most importantly treated us as though we were his only guests! Great eye contact and a million dollar smile! My party of four was celebrating a birthday, which Lameir remembered with a dessert & candle for the birthday girl! I asked for a pasta selection with a kick, he recommended the pasta vodka! Great choice but the portion was 1/3 the size of my 2 friends meals who ordered Pasta Brio. Not the waiters fault, but after my first choice of pork chops was sold out, I was hoping for a hearty portion like my friends for next days lunch! We’re not big on alcohol, but Lameir still made sure to point out the fine selections of wines & spirits that Brio had to offer Over all, a great experience. I look forward to returning so I can enjoy the outside dining options.
