    Brio is just Olive Garden plus. Maybe my expectations were just too high. I got the shrimp and lobster ravioli and the shrimp and lobster tasted like they had been frozen and just warmed up really quick. Flavor was not there.

    The food and atmosphere were wonderful. I asked the waitress several times for lemons for my water, however, I had to go to the bar and get them myself. That was disappointing.

    The service was awful. Our waiter seemed completely out of it. So slow. I had to flag down another server just to pay the bill. It seemed other tables around us,who had different waiters, also had very slow service.

    A friend and I stopped at the bar at 1pm for drinks and brunch. There was only one other group(6) at the bar. We had to ask for service at each step of the experience. Sat for 25 minutes with water, no drinks. Ordered a pitcher of bellinis and beef carpaccio. Another 20 minutes later, bartender hadn’t checked on us or delivered food. When asked again, we realized it was never ordered. Had to ask for brunch menu. Bartender acted as if this was a special request. He seemed very distracted by the group of 6. Stood in front of them chatting the whole time, ignoring us. Unfortunate experience.

    Large restaurant at an outdoor upscale mall. We enjoyed the food and service and appreciated the location and ability to avoid the food courts within the mall.

    This was our 6th time dining at Brio Italian Grille at Easton Town Center Columbus, over the last 8 years. We have been to many other Brio’s and this is BY FAR the WORST. The service has been consistently horrible. Our server did not introduce himself initially. Our Calamari appetizer arrived at the SAME TIME as our entrees arrived…close to an HOUR after we ordered. We had skipped lunch and we were famished by the time we arrived. This is the second time sequentially this has happened to us at this location. We both had spaghetti bolognese. Previously at Brio’s in Cleveland and Dayton areas, this dish has been excellent. It was truly awful tonight. The sauce was very sweet. Of course our appetizer, which arrived almost an hour late, came at the same time as our entrees and which made it difficult to consume both simultaneously(my wife ate maybe 15% of her entree despite being famished). The server never offered us grated cheese after our entrees finally arrived. I had to stand up and put my coat on before our server offered to bring the check, as he was missing virtually the entire meal after ordering our meals until we were ready to leave. VERY disappointing experience and we will NOT be back. Not only this location, but ANY location. STAY AWAY !!!

    Feative atmosphere. We sat in the terrace area, with a great view of the Christmas decorations in the Easton plaza. Food was excellent, as always. Service was very good, and servers were attentive. Very enjoyable dinner date with my wife.
