                                                                  Waited over hour for food. Steaks were over cooked, potatoes were fried out and pasta was cold….to boot had hair in the food. Spoke to manager he acted as though it was our fault. We come every weekend to the casino and eat at brio at least once. Worse experience ever. Waiter was nice though.

                                                                  Brio is our go to place for dinner when we visit Cherokee. Our server, Megan was wonderful, friendly and very efficient. I had to return my food because my mashed potatoes and green beans were not very hot and the pork chops were still pink and needed additional cooking. I will go back because this was an unusual experience.
