   The food and service was very good. The crispy fingerling potatoes are really good. There is bacon on the burger, however it is not on the menus. If you don’t eat pork you will need to ask for it without bacon.

   Lovely drink selections (even had a mock-tail list and the drinks came out as well presented as the alcoholic ones). The Brie Appetizer and Meatballs were both good. Everyone enjoyed their food, the chicken and greens was the only one that got low reviews from the ordering party. It was Valentines weekend so they had some special food and drink options. I don’t know if they always have a singer as it was our first time, but he was really good; It drove a higher noise level in the space though. Noise was okay for us but did make conversation and even ordering difficult at times. Manager did come round unprompted to the tables which is always a good thing to see in restaurants, he asked how things were and for feedback. We said all was well because we were having a nice dinner and the chicken wasn’t bad, it just wasn’t great.

   Very modern and classy atmosphere. We all had a drink at the bar first, then sat down for dinner. Although it is winter, the restaurant has large garage doors that can be opened in the summer. We had a few apps (crab cakes and sourdough bread), then our main meal. Service was good, we didn’t feel rushed and we had a wonderful time. Since this was Valentines Days weekend, there was live music which was just great. Very cool!

   Ambiance is nice, and service was OK, although a little slow. Food was sub-par and everything from the appetizers to the dessert was just OK. I would expect this quality of food from something like a Chili's or an airport restaurant, but not a place that bills itself as a fine dining establishment.

   The food is amazing. I’m surprised more people don’t know about Bridgewater. I asked all my friends for a recommendation and none had been there. We will be back however. I never had breakfast/brunch that was cooked perfectly all around. So delicious. We had the chicken and waffles and the Bridgewater Breakfast. Can’t wait to hang at the bar once summer arrives. Highly recommend Bridgewater. You won’t be disappointed.

    The only disappointment was the squash with the gnocchi. The squash purée lacked flavor and needed some herbaceousness added to it.
