   Absolutely disgusting food. Such a let down. My anniversary dinner was wrecked because of this place.

   Service was slow and kind of strange. I waited over 30 minutes for my latte to arrive and my daughter’s meal came on its own before I even got my drink. My own meal took another 25 minutes. Another table beside us had to approach the counter for service after sitting there for 25 minutes. The host seemed unfriendly and there was no answer when I tried to call the restaurant three different times to alert them we were running behind. I asked for my meal to be packed up and waited another 15 minutes for a container, then when I went to pay with a gift card there was a further delay because the server couldn’t process it at the table. Food was tasty but very pricey. Overall - the theme is a bit overdone and the service underwhelming.

   Surprised. Rightful warm ambiance. Food delicious. Waitress not well informed on ingredients. Found tiny water glasses frustrating when I drink alot of water. Only true downside 0 toilet paper. Gross.

   The food was incredible! The flowers were beautiful! But the staff were obviously overwhelmed and the hostess was incredibly rude when I asked any questions about our reservations. The server asked if we needed more time before even giving us a menu or pointing out the QR code that was under the drink menu and out of sight. I will go back, but as the hostess let me know, in a not so polite manner, that when I book my next reservation, that I need to make a note of wanting to be in the room with flowers. And for anyone else who is wanting to be in the room with flowers, just know that it is not a sure thing that you will get into that room, as you may be in the overflow area. Which is nice but not as gorgeous and we were definitely there for the spectacular flower room.

   The experience is definitely worth it. But the service was lacking. If you’re paying good money for the food I think the service could improve we Sat for over 30 mins till we went and grabbed a server. Then it took another 30 mins for drinks to come then the food came out. Could have been a busy or off night.

   The service wasnt that great, server forgot to provide cutlery and had us sitting with hot food for 15 minutes, this place is not for food but just a few pictures i guess, we ordered cheesy meatballs for shareable they were just like any other nothing special about them and very bland. For mains we ordered chicken Alfredo, the chicken seemed like store bought pre cut chicken, and french onion burger which was just like a quarter pounder with onions on it.

   We had an amazing lunch, and everything was very tasty. Had the chicken burger and bloom salad. Best chicken burger i have ever had, and the salad had an amazing amount of veggies and berries. The salad dressing was delicious. Wines were awesome. Only critique was the chef ruining the ambiance by shouting out "ORDER!!!!!" Every time a meal was ready. Very adorable place. Would definitely go back.

   I went here for Valentine’s Day brunch, and it was absolutely amazing! The food was delicious, with generous portions that were well worth the price—something that’s hard to find these days. The presentation was stunning, making every dish feel extra special. The service was excellent, with a friendly and attentive staff that made the experience even better. The atmosphere was perfect—warm, inviting, and ideal for a special occasion. If I could give this place more than five stars, I would! I highly recommend making a reservation, as they were turning people away who didn’t have one. Can’t wait to come back!
