A disappointing experience. Starters were good but main courses were unimpressive. Were there for an hour before we received any food. There were 6 of us and we were all of the same opinion. We won't be rushing back.

Had a really nice New Year's Day lunch here -- despite the terrible weather outside! All food good, and service lovely. The menu has changed quite a bit since when I used to come here. Our cod goujons to start with tasted too greasy. But both our mains were fab. The only side note was the place felt quite chilly, however when I asked a waitress to put the heating up a little she very kindly and without hesitation obliged which made a lovely difference. Will go back!

I had high expectations for this Christmas dinner - with the GR name tag but was totally underwhelmed; could tell it was “mass produced” not made with love, was bland, little to no flavour , very disappointing as I did expect something special for Christmas Our waitress Greta on the other hand was amazing; an asset to the business Do better Gordon Ramsey Kitchen 🙏🏾

Very mediocre Christmas Day experience. No festive flourish at all. Could have been achieved with table decorations or crackers etc. Starters were not at all festive and frankly off. Meatballs on Christmas Day anyone? No smoked salmon or any other nod to Christmas. Main turkey roast was ok. Puddings, again no festive offering. Also no alcohol free fizz available just beer or gin. The bill was presented without the deposit being removed which was odd as presumably everyone had paid a deposit and modern tills can do this automatically.
