   One of the staff has argument with one of my friend regarding his service. Has a poor attitude, was rude about it, actually he was in the wrong already and he tried to argue his service with my friend. Firstly when he spoke he was spitting on the food he was holding and actually at one point spat on me, (I did not mentioned this but just refused any food he brought over). Secondly, when he came to our table one time and offered the food my friend said “okay I will try just one” and he grabbed 2 and put on my friends plate before walking away. My friend mentioned “just one” 2 times to him, I am partly deaf and was not wearing my hearing aids and I could hear my friend who was sitting on the other side. Then the next time he came around with prawn, he put one on my friends plate and then her little son said “no no no” and he end up just putting 2 on his plate and then my friend was saying “that’s enough” but he went and put another one on my friends plate. Now I watched this guys attitude and facial expression before walking off, he was obviously upset/angry about something. Not paying any attention to what anyone was saying, my friend did not deserve this service and attitude at all. If he is not happy with his job he should not be there. My friend had complained to another staff who told the manager and perhaps may have told that staff and that staff confronted my friend, who then complained to another staff right next to my friend thinking that my boyfriend doesn’t understand Portuguese (my boy friend is Brazilian and speaks Portuguese) the other staff said do not worry about this lady and moved on. This is very poor attitude and should not have happened in the first place. I worked in customer service for more than 10years and have never came across a poorly managed staff behaviour toward a customer when he is even in the wrong in the first place. Will be contacting the manager soon regarding this, I don’t think I will ever recommend or come back to this place..

   I have never eaten anywhere where I have been as accommodated to so simply and effortlessly. I have several allergies and they went above and beyond to help me avoid foods I couldn’t eat and triple checking everything to make sure I still had a fun and safe dining experience. The food was incredible and service the same. A really fun and great experience

   We had a great experience. The food was delicious as usual and the service was great. All food was tasty, but my absolute fave would have to be the lamb, the pork ribs, and the cooked pineapple. We left very full and satisfied 🙂

   We had an amazing experience. I would like to thank the female staff that was looking after our table she was amazing. Also the female staff that brought the birthday cake I really would like to thank her for her amazing communication and service

   Great spacious location with wonderful selection of yummy meats & side dishes. The staff are friendly too. We love this restaurant! Totally recommend.

   Overpriced, didnt get all the meats and the guy serving prawns walked right past us with a full bowl of them. I asked and they said the meats will come around, just have to wait. There were a couple of tables which the staff knew and these tables had the priority and good service. I am not recommending them to my network of friends.

    Braza Churrascaria at Darling Quarter has quickly become a favorite of mine! My first visit was unforgettable – my friend introduced me to Braza with a surprise birthday dinner, and the whole experience left such a strong impression that I came back for a friend’s birthday celebration. Both times, the evening was filled with incredible food, a vibrant atmosphere, and lots of fun. The food is the real star at Braza. Each cut of meat is seasoned and cooked to perfection – from tender lamb to juicy beef and my favorite, the crispy pork belly. Every bite was packed with flavor, and the variety kept us excited to try more. The ambiance is warm and lively, with a true churrascaria feel that adds to the celebratory vibe, making it a perfect place to gather with friends and enjoy a memorable meal. Overall, the service was good, with most of the staff being friendly and attentive. However, I did have a recurring issue with one specific waiter on both visits. On my birthday, I asked him directly for more pork belly right after he served it, but he acted as if he hadn’t heard me, which left me feeling a bit ignored. Then, during my recent visit, this same waiter accidentally dropped a piece of meat into my drink. He saw what happened but didn’t apologize or offer to help – a simple acknowledgment would have gone a long way. Thankfully, when I mentioned it to another staff member, she immediately apologized and brought me a fresh drink with no fuss. Her quick response and kindness made a real difference in turning the situation around. Despite this small issue, Braza remains one of my top choices for a fun dining experience. The delicious food, lively atmosphere, and generally good service make it a place I’d recommend to anyone looking for a memorable night out. I’ll definitely be back again and would encourage others to visit – just keep in mind that, with a bit more attentiveness from all staff members, the experience could be flawless.
