   Food was good, waitress was good, hostess was nice but probably shouldn't set the bottle of cleaner and rag on the hostess table when greeting customers. Probably won't go back. Need help upscaling service to attract more customers to the price scale of the food

   This may be a great restaurant but they were struggling. We were seated an hour after our reservation are then waited another hour to order. Food was pretty good and everyone was nice and apologetic. We might try again in the future but I’ll never wait an hour after my reservation to be seated again.

   Made a 6:30 reservation for my daughter and her friends before their school dance. They weren’t seated until 40 minutes later.

   We have eaten at Bravo (Louisville) a number of times in the last few years and have always enjoyed it. We made a reservation to dine there last night, but had to wait for more than half an hour after we checked in at the time of our reservation to actually be seated at a table. To be fair, we learned that one of their servers had had a medical emergency which warranted contacting EMS right before we arrived at the restaurant, so that probably threw things off a bit for all of the employees. We have not experienced that type of a delay in being seated in the past. The hostess and our server were very cordial and we received good service once we were seated. My husband and I both ordered the salmon dinner and really enjoyed it - a great combination of flavors.

   Figured we would try Bravo out....DO NOT GO HERE AND WASTE YOU TIME...If you have all night to waste and want to throw away money this is your restaurant. Half hour for a table with a reservation. Ignored when seated. Bartender is HORRIBLY SLOW!!! Ordered Moz ravioli appetizer chicken parmesan and the wife's pasta bravo. Still no drinks. Another half hour passes. Drinks finally arrive and another server brings our main course.Have to tell him that we still have not got our appetizer even. So he takes the food away to check on the appetizer. 10 minutes later yet another waiter walks right by us carrying our MOZ ravioli and is asking other tables behind us if they ordered the MOZ ravioli. Now that we finally have our appetizer they bring the main courses back at the same time. Because they screwed up they took our meals back to the line and just threw them under heat lamps so they could dry out and get crusty so now even the food is horrible. Our second round of drinks never did arrive and we ended up leaving voting to never come to this restaurant again. Their bad reviews are true

   We have always enjoyed our evenings at Bravo. However, the alcohol prices were just too much. Food was delicious and priced well.

   The food was good. The ambiance was wack. The hostess was wearing colorful crocs & one of the waiters had an AirPod in her ear. Both mine & my sister’s water glasses were dirty. I won’t be back for a while.

   Worst restaurant ever. Made a reservation for New Year’s Eve dinner. We were there on time and they didn’t wanted to serve us. Waiter were even fighting between them cuz no one wanted to take the table. Chef showed up and ask us if we wanted the food to-go and we decided to leave. Restaurant shoudnt take reservations if they are planning to close early.

   Very disappointed This use to be one of our favorite places to eat The food was very low quality and not worth the cost. The proteins were overcooked and very dry, mashed potatoes lukewarm and dry The dessert was okay Even the drinks were tasteless and watered down Will not be returning

    Had a reservation on Christmas, waited 30 past reservation time to be seated, that part was fine. They were busy. After we were seated we waiting another 30 minutes and nobody came to wait on us. I got up and told someone around the 15 minute mark and she said she was sorry, she was the take out girl but would send a manager over, we waited another 15 minutes and nobody ever came by. Meanwhile the same servers were passing us with no regard. We ended up just walking out. My husband told the hostess when we were walking out. I was greatly looking forward to my first time there but unfortunately after this experience I think I will go elsewhere for Italian food.
