   Server was having an off day. Rude and seemed bothered with everything. Brought a dripping wet wine glass and then poured wine in it. Food was tepid at best. Expected better.

   Waitress actively avoided any table with younger diners, we barely saw our waitress the whole night. She occasionally made eye contact with us and then turned the other way. The food was clearly sitting on a counter for well over 20 minutes. My chicken was dry with the reduction having to be scraped off because it hardened under a heat lamp. My girlfriend’s salad was wilted, and her flat bread didn’t even have the cheese melted. When notifying our waitress (after waiting 30 mins to see her) she offered nothing but a very basic and apathetic apology. Also we had another waitress actively avoid refilling our water when she was helping all the other tables, we had to wait 30 mins for water alone. We will never be back to this establishment and frankly anyone under the age of 30 shouldn’t either unless you’re with an older group because you will be ignored and treated horribly by the staff.

   Certain Bravo isn’t what it used to be. Food was average. Dessert was not very good. Coffee was atrocious. Service was fine. You know it isn’t going to be good when you see $10 bottle of beers include Bud Light - not that I would order that.

   I’ll start with the positive aspects of the visit. We were seated promptly according to our reservation. The dipping oil for the fresh bread was delicious. Our pasta dishes were good. The staff was friendly. The following comments are areas to improve. Our wine glasses were dirty, and I overheard the table next to us ask for another wine glass as one of their glasses had someone else’s lipstick on the glass. The fresh bread was overly seasoned with Italian herbs which was unnecessary. Our shrimp appetizer tasted mostly like unseasoned under cooked cornstarch. We paid $7 each for two small side salads which should be included with the entree. The service was slow. Our waitress seemed to be the bartender as well.

   The food was delicious. We had a party of 8, and no one was disappointed. The waitress was Terica, and she was excellent. She was attentive, pleasant, and engaged with our table. The cost of the food was very good, considering the current climate with high food costs. My only suggestion is not to set a table right in front of the kitchen, especially if you are celebrating a special event or a large party. An open kitchen allows you to see and hear everything that is going on in the kitchen, which is not conducive to the evening. I asked that they move our tables, and they graciously accommodated us. I would recommend Bravo any day or time.

   I come here once a week and I ordered the same thing the fra diavlo. My food came out cold when I let the waitress now she then took it back in instead of them remaking it they re-warmed it, and it still was cold.

   Server George is everything great service imbues. He’s terrific! A shining star for this company in my opinion.

   While dining the fire alarm went off for about 10 minutes. We ended up taking are cake home. They never said why it came on , and management never came to speak to me about it. Definitely ruined my daughters 17th birthday.

    One of our favorite restaurants. We are so glad it reopened. Service was fantastic as always and the food was divine!
