   Party of 7. Told them we were celebrating an Anniversary. Never acknowledged that. Two of us order the lobster bisque, asked to have it before our entree. Never brought it. Twice someone other than our server brought food over that we did not order. Server didn’t even apologize for not bringing the bisque before the entree. The restaurant was not busy. We could see him visiting with another server. Trying to get his attention to get the bisque. There are so many fabulous restaurants in the Kansas City area. Won’t be back to Bravo.

   To my taste, there is nothing to "write home about" for the food. Sicilian pizza was fair, artichoke dip was good. I think Stouffers frozen lasagna is better then what we had here. The eggplant parm was the only thing I have enjoyed. Service is slow but friendly.

   Super slow service, although there were 8 other tables besides ours. Several also did not have food. Food was okay, but nothing special.

   Went there and waited 25 minutes for a server. No one came to our table and we left without anyone noticing. Won’t go there again

    You could tell they were very understaffed, but our server did great under the circumstances
