    GREAT customer service and loved this place! The cleanliness, ambiance and friendliness of the staff was outstanding. The food was amazing and they were so accommodating to our group of nine people. The pricing was within our budgets and even allowed individual pay which is rare in group dining. Will certainly recommend Bravo to others.

    I’ve been to this establishment several times. The difficulty I have with the place is how slow it deals with large parties. It takes nearly a 2 1/2 hour stay by the time you include getting seated and ordering your food and receiving your food… Even when you have reservations. We had a party of 16, and the service is very slow. A few months ago we had a party of about 12 and the service is extremely slow.

    Usually this is a great restaurant but they moved us from our first table and paid for our meal which was fine. But they did not change our waiter who now had 18 people in a private area. Needless to say we didn't see much of him. Not his fault. He was just very busy. Took almost an 1.5 hours to eat our meal.
