   Very disappointed! We had an 11am Sunday brunch reservation. There wasn’t anyone in sight on our side of the restaurant and it took 45 minutes to get our food. Their excuse was a party of 8 ahead of us?? The place was empty so I can only imagine how long it would have taken if they were really busy! Not up to the standards of a Waldorf .

   We used the valet, and told them why we were there. When we walked in they greeting us with Happy anniversary which started the night off well. The food and service were spectacular after that, as well. Thank you for a great night

   Went for Valentine’s Day and for 150 a person it felt rushed and cheap. The food was decent but there was a pre selected menu but they only gave you two choices for the entree. Everything else was selected for you. At 150 a person the food portion should and could have been larger. Next time I’ll be heading to a steak house. Unfortunately won’t be back.

   It was a beautiful Valentine dinner with a fixed menu, choice of entrees, beautiful wine, and dessert. They decorated for the evening, had a vocalist and it was amazing!! Such a treat in every way. It was expensive and we paid in advance, but that was even nice because everything was taken care of in advance so that we simply could enjoy. Well done!💕🌹

   Brassica is my favorite location for Sunday brunch! It has a quiet vibe and casual elegance which create the perfect way to close out the weekend and gear up for the week ahead. Chef Dorvil elevates a simple breakfast into a truly delightful meal. The service is beyond sublime from the moment you arrive. Drinks from the bar are absolutely glorious. Brassica = Brunch brilliance!

   Excellent service, fabulous food, and wonderful ambiance! Totally enjoyed the evening from the bar conversation throughout the meal service. The food was exceptional…worth every penny!!

   Brassica did not disappoint! It was perfect to celebrate my friend's birthday. She'd never been, but she thought it was an excellent choice and she wants to return.

   While staying at the Waldorf, we had dinner once and breakfast 3 times. It was a very mixed experience. Dinner was average: my steak was over salted and a bit tough and the fries were mushy. My husband loved the osso buco but his side dish was totally tasteless. The French toast was fabulous, the southern omelette was very nice and unique, the egg dish with chorizo was nice but the waffle was an absolute joke. It was tiny (about fist sized), and had a taste and texture that seemed left over from the day before. The service was also hit and miss although they were never busy. Quite disappointing for such a nice hotel.

    My sister and I have Sunday brunch at Brassica often. It's always a magnificent meal with impeccable service which create a consistently lovely experience.
