We do like it here, food is good but we always have an issue with service. Takes an age to bring out a couple of coffees for breakfast and then wait again to bring sugar over. The same every time….you’d think they would just bring it together. Great atmosphere and food is nice…just needs a bit of tweaking with service.

This is a beautiful restaurant and should be an amazing experience. But we had a table at the bar and the service was at first OK. It took 20 minutes to get a glass of champagne. And every time we want drinks or food, it was work to get the attention of the staff. I don’t know? You would think they didn’t care about a tip for the service.

Nice brunch, food could have been little bit hotter considering it wasn’t busy on a Tuesday morning, saying that it was tasty and nice venue. Would definitely go back

Wonderful looking restaurant in the Selfridges store . Food is fantastic . I had not been there for about a year but ordered the same I had last time because it was such a great food experience. oysters to start which made a dramatic entrance. Then Blackened Cod which was superb. Finished off with a great pudding . Staff were as fantastic as the food ❤️

I have been to Brasserie of light a couple of times. My last experience before yesterday was not so great as I was sat at the bar (which was lovely) but the service was atrocious for such an establishment. I asked his name to another bar person on the day and found out that his name was Aron. He was extremely obnoxious, and rude he rolled his eyes at me and my friend and all I said was “excuse me” to get his attention and I smiled but he was to engrossed in a conversation with a colleague and he made me feel like I interrupted him and annoyed him. This is not the behaviour you expect from a place such as this. It has not stopped me from going again and generally the staff are welcoming and polite. I especially was to give a super 5 star recommendation and shout out as he should be recognised to my waiter yesterday and that was Daniel! He was so attentive, professional and always had a smile on his face. He was great at recommending food and drink and his knowledge was outstanding. Thank you so much, Daniel for rebuilding my faith in this establishment. See you tomorrow, I will be back.
