The service was excellent, really pleasant wait staff that checked in often without being intrusively so. The food was delicious and perfect proportions for being able to eat an appetizer, main and dessert without being uncomfortable. Nice ambience...not too casual, not too snooty. They had a live duo that was a just-right level of music without interfering with conversation at the table. It was a very pleasant Christmas Eve dinner.

This was our first time dining at Brasserie du Monde and they did not disappoint. We shared a wide array of appetizers and salads as well as some of the specialty drinks. Everything was outstanding including the service. We will definitely make it there again.

Another fabulous experience at Brasserie Du Monde. Food was wonderful. Everyone in our party of seven were very pleased w their entrees. The French onion soup is outstanding as was the Romaine Rouge salad. Put this on your list for 2025.

The service was outstanding, the food was prepared, perfectly, and the, ambience is always very nice. This time there was a party going on, so the noise was just a little bit louder but not obscene. If you go to restaurants around Christmas time you have to expect that. We love this restaurant and we will be back again.

Lovely authentic French restaurant downtown Sacramento. I had the salmon which was exquisite. My friend had the Niçois salad which liked amazing. Definitely recommend.

Love this establishment! The Filet Mignon was the best I have ever had! So tender and flavorful! Our server was outstanding and so accommodating by helping me to choose a wine! Loved the ambiance and easy parking for downtown!! Will go back there very soon!!

The food just ok, and served warm or cold on some dishes. For the price, I'd expect hot food and great service. We won't be back.

$50+ for steak frites with a marginally tough ribeye was highly disappointing. The cassoulet was a huge disappointment on what should be a staple in a French restaurant. The duck confit was tough and not heated through. The one piece of sausage was tough and the beans had no flavor. The components may have been cooked and stored separately and then assembled. There was no melding of flavors. The service was very good.
