   Lovely venue and menu had such potential Mix of dishes with a French influence but appealing to a broad clientele Execution was lacking I had the eggs Benedict with salmon Eggs were cooked right but were lukewarm English muffin was stale Could not cut with a steak knife Friend had French toast with an egg on side Asked for egg over medium - came out of easy at best Service was so so Had to wait too long for sugar as coffee got cold For price. A customer does deserve food hot and to order

   We had a wonderful dinner and our server was great! We got lost finding it and still kept our reservation even though we were 20 min late.

   Flavor of the escargot was good but disgusted after crunching on sand in one snail. The raw oysters were really fresh. My husband had three East Coast and three West Coast. He loved it. My chicken française was disappointing. The chicken was too dry and there was not enough sauce. My husband had the hanger steak, which was just mediocre. He chose french fries which you can find anywhere should’ve tried the mashed potatoes instead. The menu at Amalfi’s menu looks more pleasing perhaps try that restaurant next time instead.

   This restaurant is a must while visiting Vegas as is their Croque Monsieur sandwich. I can’t visit without having this sandwich. I hope it will always remain on the menu, as well as the hot home made chips with Roquefort cheese sauce. Definitely delicious comfort food and perfectly portioned. Already planning my next trip to order this delicious meal!

   Quite disappointed with such upscale dining experience. The service is decent, but the food is quite disappointing. The sea bass was fishy and the 24 oz ribeye was over cooked: order medium rare, came out medium. Do not planned to go back and definitely not recommending to any friends.

   The steak was perfect. Enjoyed the homemade potato chips with cheese sauce. Small selection on lunch menu but we enjoyed it.

   Very attentive service, nice ambience. Reminded us of Balthazar in New York. We ordered duck confit, salad, spinach, and hanger steak. The duck confit was nicely made. We’d recommend getting that, plating was pleasant and the dish was flavorful. Spinach likewise was also a good choice with a well rounded garlic flavor. The hanger steak and salad are a miss for the price. Salad was pre-cut with toppings. Nothing wrong with the flavor, but not appropriate for the quality the establishment. The steak I ordered medium. Plating lacked creativity—it’s the sliced cut, plain, with the sauce in a small ramekin. Nothing like the presentation at Maloney & Porcelli or other classic steakhouses. From a technical perspective the cut should have been mechanically tenderized, and the crust better established (a gas burner had been used by taste, which is fine but if you go too far you pass a Maillard reaction and just enter gas char flavor which is where we ended up). For the price ($275 tab roughly, two glasses of wine plus the good) they should try harder on the food quality.

    Bobby Flay restaurants are normally a great choice and this was as well. The food was wonderful and so was the service. Leslie was a great server.
