This sultry 120-seater draws inspiration from across Latin America, honed through Manion’s decades of experience. Think flame- roasted, whole young chickens slicked with garlic-chili oil, steaks cooked over an open fire alongside chimichurri, and moqueca teeming with clams, shrimp & Mahi Mahi with coconut-scented rice—all washed down with quenching caipirinhas, locally brewed, Latin-inspired beer and 100 bottles of wine under 100 dollars.

terrible service and not worth the price. the ceviche and the coconut soft serve were good..everything else was mid or below.

I took a group to Brasero. We really enjoyed the option to do family style or the normal menu. The group split the porterhouse which was excellent. The noodles and fried rice were a great pairing. Service and the staff were friendly and engaging making for a great night.

Always love the food but the service was slow tonight. It took a long time between drink orders and courses, as well as placing a dessert order and getting the check.

Great food and service with great ambience, despite a pretty full house table conversation was easy which is not always the case in Chicago restaurants. Will definitely return to sample other items on the menu.
