Bourbon St. Café sought to offer a product that would be familiar to many, while also spicing things up. Not only will customers find the value of Southern hospitality, but they will also experience the flavor, style, and festive vibe of New Orleans. Bourbon St. Café is a celebration destination in Bricktown. From a romantic first date to a casual burger on the patio or hosting your rehearsal dinner, wedding reception, or holiday party in one of our beautiful banquet rooms, we cater to your every need. Yes, that means taking the party to you with our catering service as well. We've eaten at the one in Tulsa with good experiences. Appetizers were really good but thought a Cajun restaurant with jalepenos in their artichoke dip would do better than plain tortilla chips. Maybe some seasoning on them? Steak has decent flavor but had a large piece of grizzle on the end. Not used to getting that at a nice restaurant. Mashed potatoes were good but weren't anything to write home about. Carrots and cauliflower were still hard, like they were heated and added in. Broccoli was well flavored and cooked right. Our server was fantastic. Personable, attentive and on top of her game. Appreciated her hard work!

I made a 5:30pm reservation through OpenTable for today, 1/18/25, to celebrate my daughter passing her certification exam. We arrived around 5:20pm and checked in at the front and there were 4-5 people at the front counter and they all looked like they were in high school. I'm not making that up. We told them our last name and that we had a 5:30pm reservation. One of the guys standing there said "It'll be a 20-30 minute wait" but then another guy said "they have a 5:30 reservation". With that said, he grabbed some menus and walked us to table 207 which was the first table around the corner from the front check-in. A door to another seating area was right behind the seat I ended up sitting in and it was open; so it was right up against my back when I sat down. Our waiter Sterling came and took drink orders and we ordered a crab cake appetizer. Was surprised when a plate came out with one appetizer on it. Didn't realize it was one. It was fairly burned on the outside. We put in our entree orders. Two of the orders were messed up when they came out. My son ordered blackened shrimp - didn't look like it. I ordered coconut fried shrimp and they brought up some kind of unbreaded shrimp (wasn't coconut). They took it back and after 15 minutes, while my family was already eating, they brought out regular fried shrimp. I didn't even bother to mention it. I just took it rather than have it go back again. Ordered Beignets for dessert. They were flavorless. Paid the tab. I gave Sterling a 25% tip because I felt bad for him. I think he had too many tables. I get home and notice I have an email from OpenTable which stated that it looked like we were unable to attend our reservation. Please let them know and they'll resolve it with Bourbon Street Cafe. I responded to the email and told them we did make it. Not even sure why it matters? Will OpenTable not let me make reservations in the future? Just a horrible experience overall. Will not go back.

Service was amazing. Bartender was our server and he was very friendly and the service was great. Food was worth every penny. Blackened alligator bites were very good and the apple cobbler was the best I have ever had.

I have always had good experiences here. One thing to note is that while I rated the noise level as low, this is not always the case. Sometimes the band is loud enough to make conversations a little difficult.

The service was great and the ambiance is really nice. The food has taken a downward spiral from the last couple times we were there. I got Chicken St. Charles and the chicken was completely dry and the steamed vegetables tasted like gamey fish. The seafood pasta didn’t have much seafood in it but the sauce was good. Appetizers were ok. Spinach artichoke dip was dry and bland but boudin balls were delicious. The cost is quite high for food that’s just ok. The wine menu is way overpriced. It’s a good restaurant but needs some definite culinary improvements.

Excellent food, excellent service, excellent hurricanes! I highly recommend! Bathrooms could be nicer. But they weren’t nasty by any means.

Excellent food and service. I highly recommend the Bon Tom Chicken. My husband also said the bread pudding was the best he’s had here.
