Absolutely amazing service from the time you opened the front door, greeted by the hostess to the fabulous service staff, from the refill of your water glass to the choice of steak knife. A new favorite place to dine.

The dining room is very loud. Had a difficult time hearing people at my table and waitress due to noise level. Crab cakes were terrible. $29 for two tiny crab cakes that fell apart and were burnt. Steak was fine, but NY strip was severely overpriced. Took over 1 hr for waitress to take food order. Pricing should be on par with entry level chain steak restaurant for quality of food, environment, and service. Would not go back and would not recommend.

There were 4 of us and we spent roughly 600.00 for dinner. One couples steaks were cooked well done when we ordered medium. We added the sides to our plate and cut around to see if there was any pink. We ended up asking to have new ones made. They came back rare. Also, all our sides were on the previous plates and we had to ask for more sides. We were so surprised that nothing was done about this. We spent alot of money and watched our friends eat their dinner and then they watched us. It was really unfortunate as we hoped for a nice, relaxing and good dinner.

Great check in and the restaurant smelled like a steakhouse should when we walked in! What a great waiter, the service was fabulous and of course the food was great!

It had been 5 years since our last visit to Scottsdale. Bourbon and Bones stood out in my memory so I chose there for my birthday dinner. I am happy to report the location remains one I will remember fondly.
