Bosscat Kitchen & Libations perfectly meshes upscale and casual dining with an expansive whiskey selection and unique offering of American comfort food. It offers high energy, open spaced concepts to promote a lively dining experience. With the rustic industrial aesthetic, brick metal and barrels are prevalent in the space. One of its best attractions is the famous whiskey room, that houses hundreds of whiskies from several countries. From high end whiskies like Pappy Van Winkle, to a shot of Jameson & Coors Light, there is something here for everyone's taste; and Bosscat prides itself on being this type of environment. New flavors and recipes are often brought into the kitchen. All cooks on staff are encouraged to brainstorm and eat with the executive chef, Peter Petro. This collaborative process is the foundation of their culinary art. Encouraging and fostering new ideas with seasonal produce, meats and spices fosters the fun and unique dining experience they so strongly emulate.

    The hostess and wait staff are all super friendly and available. Later in the evening it gets loud in the restaurant but the vibe is nice. All of the food that I have had here has been amazing. Tonight I had the super greens salad which was dressed perfectly and has these delicious quinoa croutons that I would literally just eat alone forever. They are mostly a whisky bar but the few wines that they have on the menu are good and the pours are not small. The salmon and the white fish are also good dishes that I have had the other times that I have visited

    We had very good service. It was a quiet night and only about 3 other tables were seated. The food was ok. It was our first time there, so I can't speak about the other items on the menu. We had the 12 hour beef short rib and the Carolina Barbecue Salmon and banana pudding for dessert.

    For the first time in our lives, we didn’t cook Thanksgiving at home, rather, after research, we decided to go to Bosscat and honestly, it was sooooooo delicious; we even took home leftovers! The service was excellent too. The only thing that was a surprise is the place sort of has a roadhouse feel (with high ceilings) so it is lively. That said, we were able to enjoy our meal AND have conversation without shouting. Thank you BC for a delicious and Happy Day of Thanks-Giving.

    The Thanksgiving dinner menu was delicious, with very generous servings. Only disappointment was that the green beans were not cooked enough, and stuffing could have been more moist. The Mac and cheese was the favorite at our table and we loved the mashed and sweet potatoes, desserts were wonderful, service was great, as always.

    Table was ready when when got there. Surprisedly not booked-out. So we received a 4 seater for 2 people. Thank goodness because the Thanksgiving prix-fix menu was insane and took up the entire table. Besides turkey, ham plus you could add prime rib for $10.00. Mashed potatoes green beans casserole yams mac and cheese all of the traditional Thanksgiving meal. Huge to go boxes which were definitely needed. Wish I could remember our waiter name whom was an absolute pleasure. Hate to say it but one of the best Thanksgiving meals ever. Sorry mom.

    Definitely not family friendly. No kids menu, pretty sure someone was smoking a cigar in there. Service was meh. Food was good. Our reservation table was bland and we were denied a booth.
