   Lack if tables to accommodate 4 people, crowded, rude in making our party leave our table after we paid. Homeless oerson in the public restroom. Food was great but overpriced

   I’m so obsessed I’ve gone twice in 3 days. I went with friends to try this highly anticipated French restaurant on the Embarcadero and loved it so much I came back with another friend for lunch. The restaurant has a fun French feel with a small rotating menu with great daily specials. It’s unpretentious with good quality food and flair. I loved the DJ that was spinning records. I’ll be back.

   I recommend the Cesar salad, the fries, the escargot, and sourdough bread, all cooked to perfection. Lovely little spot, great for a romantic date or a friend date.

   Excelent restaurant, excelent food but too loud! We love the food on the menu, everything is very well done. Is very difficult for us to understand each other when the music is too loud.

   We were called before our reso to come inside, they mentioned wed be at bar seating near the door. They didnt mention the bar wasnt the main bar but a servers stand. We sat awkwardly facing a closet where servers would come in and out of getting their phones or grabbing things. Then even a manager was recording something on paper/notepad and had a laptop out. Plus the stand was too high for the chairs so it was physically awkward. We kept getting neglected and then a swarm of servers would come every now and then noticing we didnt have anymore wine or food. Just really weird experience and surprised thats even an option for the restaurant to seat people. Id rather them just say you can eat here bc its raining then spend that much to be miserable the whole time.

   Very much enjoyed our lunch at Bon Delire. Steak Frites and endive salad both excellent. We will return for dinner soon to try some other things.

    Was excited because of their write-up in the Chronicle, but it was just fine. Great drinks / wine, ambience, a couple standout items (steak frites!) - but many “meh” items and service was lacking (mixed up orders, long waits, etc.). Not worth the ~$75 a person for a proper dinner, but probably a good spot for just a drink and small plates!
