Lovely ambient restaurant in Hell’s Kitchen. Thoroughly enjoyed the squid ink pasta with lump crabmeat. It was light, with an abundant amount of crabmeat and the pasta was cooked perfectly. My friend had the linguini with pesto and shrimp. While the shrimp were great, there was so much pesto the dish was drowning and it made for a very heavy taste and she couldn’t finish half the portion. Unfortunately, the beet salad was underwhelming. Would have likely a balsamic vinegar or something to enhance the nicely cooked beets. Also one extremely small slice of goat cheese and 4 pistachios???hmmmm Did top the meal off with a glass of Super Tuscan which was lovely. Sadly, when we had paid our check I noticed the waiters were offering specials to the surrounding tables. Our waiter never suggested there were any evening specials which was surprising knowing he was a veteran waiter.

Food was delicious but we really struggled with service. Had to beg our server to take our order…no return trips to check on things after we received food and had to hunt them down to pay our bill.

Food good! They forgot my friends entree (simple pasta), so by the time it arrived +20min later we had finished eating. I understand accidents happen but maybe His-entree or something should’ve been comp’d or offered?

Way too loud the food was not worth the price. Took 25 minutes to be seated with a reservation. Got seated at a table where you can’t even have 3 plates on it. they serve the most bland bread and they took over an hour to get. Don’t expect much from this establishment.

The food was great, but the restaurant was absolute chaos! They crammed as many tables as humanly possible in there - and the servers just couldn't keep up. It took 15 minutes for anyone to greet us and take our order, and while the food came relatively quickly, it took 15 minutes for them to clear our plates when we were done eating and another 15 minutes to get the cheque. It was also incredibly noisy! Perhaps going on an evening midweek would be better? But most definitely avoid it on a busy Saturday night

Noisy with people, so why pump up the music? Pear and goat cheese salad was pre-made, with no goat cheese. Fried Calamari was also pre-made - soggy batter with not good quality calamari. Mains took FOREVER to come - also average quality. (Steak/frites, rigatoni/eggplant.) Wait staff says “no specials because we have over 500bookings”. Why do I care if you booked too many people to cope with? Very average experience in a now commercial, theater-crowd factory in what used to be an excellent neighborhood eatery.

Our food was good - zucchini frittes, ceasar salad, sea bass, pasta dish. Ordered cocktail and beer, got that but never offered another. Service started fantastic and timely. When done with salads, waited 30 minutes for meal. Had to ask for water twice, let staff know we had theater tickets in two hours, also let staff know celebrating daughter’s 16th birthday. By 30 minutes before curtain had not gotten the birthday dessert. Asked for bill two or three times and had to run to get to show on time. Beautiful location and really solid food, but unfortunately the service really brought down our experience.
