   Brunch was wonderful! We split the eggs Benedict which was great! Next time we’ll try the enchiladas. Service was above and beyond!

   The Blue Bench Brunchette was a highly rated restaurant, and I was excited to have a birthday breakfast there with my sons. The waiters were pleasant, but coffee was not plentiful and we had to ask several times for refills, of coffee, water, napkins etc. Nothing was anticipated. They did a fun birthday song and that was fun, but all meal were luke warm, nothing was hot. My meal (I ordered was eggs-over medium, with extra crunchy potatoes, ended up being service as a cold scrambled egg with raw hash browns. One of my son's meal was ordered with "crispy" bacon. When it was delivered the bacon was burnt - they tried to fix the ordered but the bacon was replaced with less burnt bacon. My wife's and other son's meals we fine, but again not hot. My wife asked the waitress to have a box to take the rest of her meal home and the plate was taken and thrown away. The whole experience was underwhelming. I was excited to go there, but I probably will not go again and this was a very expensive breakfast ($100+) for four people for sub-par food.

   Blue Bench and Huck House used to be a favorite of our family. So sad Huck House has closed. We recently ate at Blue Bench on Overland. Menu has been drastically changed. No more Huckleberry anything...hot drinks, muffins etc. Popular menu items have been removed. A favorite of mine is still offered but this time it didn't taste anything like its been in the past. Dry, flavorless and common. My credit card statement was billed to Sunrise Cafe..a generic breakfast place. Looks like a favorite has been taken over (a guess) but quality has definitely gone down. I will say that the service is wonderful with hellos and thank for coming in! Nonetheless we will not be going again. A sad treasure is lost!

   Always love coming to this place! Mimosas are always delicious and food is great too! Thankfully wasn’t too busy for a Sunday brunch and food was out quite fast!

    Great food and service. Went on a Sunday for brunch with my mother. So good! The one thing about this place is the noise level is highly distracting. I would recommend the owner get some acoustic treatment on the walls and maybe some rugs here and there in the space. It’s such a great location but I couldn’t even hear my mother right across from me without straining my ear. Maybe even an acoustician to look at options.
