   Lots of New Orleans staples on the menu and some creative cocktails make this a good choice. We dined as a party of 7 for lunch and we were satisfied with the food and service.

   Terrible value and horrible service. The food was ok, but the staff treated us like we were a nuisance. Highly overpriced and overrated. Skip this one.

   We waited on food for nearly two hours just to find out that there were no cooks or kitchen staff available. Instead of being informed voluntarily, I had to personally find a manager to get an answer!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

   Our server was Tia….. great waitress. She was on point and didn’t steer us wrong with the food questions. Food was absolutely amazing especially the chargrilled oysters. The shrimp and grits was outstanding as well. Definitely a return spot. Oh- my drink the Blue Bayou was good too

   Terrible service, food is far too expensive for the quality it was, we didn’t get our drinks until halfway through dinner, and our waters were never refilled.

   Liza was HORRIBLE!! Yelling and fussing at the servers and cooks In front of everyone. The food made us sick the next morning

   I am not sure why Blue Bayou only has 3 stars because it’s first class! Our family of 15 needed dining for Thanksgiving evening, so I booked here last minute and WOW! Service - excellent Food - outstanding Everything was WONDERFUL! Jeremiah was our waiter and I can’t sing his praises enough! He was so patient and attentive with our large group! Can’t recommend Blue Bayou enough. Will certainly go back the next time I am in New Orleans!

   The reservation time was 11:30AM, we were promptly seat and presented with menus. The restaurant was quite due the time of day. We had a wonderful unbothered meal, and all courses were steaming hot. The seafood was seasoned and tasted fresh. All the staff was friendly and very accommodating. I would definitely dine at Blue Bayou Restaurant and Oyster Bar again, and recommend others to dine at the restaurant.

    Super expensive for the low quality of food. We had most food come out but a few people had to wait a while for theirs. With all of the amazing places to eat, skip this one.
