   Food was great!!! Service not as expected. When we arrived the hostesses seemed preoccupied (although no one else was in the lobby). They looked up our reservation and looked at each other as if they read something on the screen and didn’t say a word to us. One of them took menus and walked into the dining area. We said “are we to follow her” and was told no. When we did get to our table our server seemed to be elsewhere and going through the motions. She did not tell us the specials as she did with other tables. She took our knives with our salads and we had to ask for knives when our meal came. She forgot that she did ask how we wanted our steaks and came back and said “oh I forgot to ask how you wanted the ribeye.” But she had asked when we ordered. She and hostesses were just not over the top with service as others have written in their reviews. Also she served the sides to each person at other tables but just put ours on the table. Just seemed like we didn’t get the service as others did.

   BLU never disappoints for an exceptional dining experience that exudes elegance, and the atmosphere is perfect for a high-end evening. Our server David was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. His recommendations truly elevated our meal. From start to finish, everything was impeccable.    Great ambiance, very posh, great music playing and the steak was one of the best local steaks I’ve had. Very impressed and I liked that the crowd was 30+ with a fun party vibe. Only request would be for a bigger lounge area for cocktails vs being just at the bar. But everything was very good.

   Waitress kept spilling glasses when picking up drinks some spilled on me. She picked up my plate and dropped my knife and didnt bring a new knife. The host put us at a table near the bar people were walking all around our table some guys butt was in front of us and put it on our table. It was my 10th anniversary and paid over $300 for this meal. Never going back and dont recommend. This reservation was made a month in advance.

   We can’t say enough great things about Blu. What a wonderful experience for an evening and a special occasion. My birthday was the best because of the Blu experience. Highly recommend!!

   Blü Prime continues to provide the best dining experience I’ve ever received. Yes, the food is incredible - crab cake and kale appetizer and the High Roller shareable main course is a must order. Though incredibly delicious, what makes this restaurant the best is their superior service. John, Pedro and Diana treated us like royalty and worked to ensure our night was special. Sincere thanks to the Blü Prime team for making our holiday celebration one that we’ll always remember.

   This was our first experience at this restaurant. The service was exceptionally excellent, our waiter was David Maza. The food was excellent and cooked to perfection.  It was my husband‘s birthday and we loved the recognition. We will definitely be back.

    This was the second time we visited Blu Prime...first for my birthday and then for my wife's. AMAZING!! My wife was recommended the Blank Panther for a cocktail - she had two! Everything we ordered was awesome! The staff is GREAT! Our server, Valeria, was so wonderful! She truly made my wife's birthday a treat! Thank you!
