   We had an absolutely delightful evening at Blu on the Hudson. This wasn't my first visit, but each time has solidified my appreciation for their consistently exceptional service. The ambiance is warm and inviting, making it the perfect backdrop for a memorable dining experience. We began with an impressive selection of wines and cocktails, each crafted to perfection. The tapas were a highlight, showcasing an array of flavors that perfectly whetted our appetites. For the main course, the dinner selections offered a diverse range of dishes that were not only beautifully presented but also bursting with flavor. To round off our meal, we indulged in their dessert menu, which was nothing short of heavenly. Each bite was a little piece of magic, deserving of a chef's kiss. Overall, every aspect of our visit—from the food to the service—was nothing less than stellar. I can't wait for our next opportunity to return!

   The food was great! Very fresh. My cousins and I were able to try a plethora of items on the menu. Everything was worth it! I wasn’t expecting it to be as loud but it did not disrupt our dinner experience. I’m excited to go back!

   Our experience was exceptional from the moment we arrived until the time we departed. The hostess, our server, and all supporting staff provided outstanding service, contributing to a truly memorable visit. The food was very delicious, and we look forward to returning in the near future.

   Had to leave a credit card to make a reservation. All in party there but waited 10 minutes? Is that ok? A couple of $20 drinks were weak at best. Server was friendly, no issue there. Not his fault food took a long while to be served. Sorry, but rep is overrated.

   Started with wine, cosmo’s & espresso martini, all delicious. Calamari, sushi & lump crab were excellent. Steaks perfectly cooked, mouth watering pasta & Brussel sprout/kale salad were all wonderful. Tiramisu was the best, apple dessert unique & delicious as was cappuccino & espresso. Service was impeccable all the way around. Looking forward to returning in the future!

   Great Menu selections. Great atmosphere and vibe. Great service. From Sushi to Steak to Fried Cauliflower to Desert everything was top notch. Pricey but worth it (everywhere is pricey). Good portions and quality. Highly recommend.
