   Service was very slow and not attentive except when very helpful waiter was at our table. Also I asked for extra lettuce as salad was very small. They brought me a small bowl of Romaine and charged me $5 for it. This with the upgrade on the beef made my small salad $22.

   More expensive than typical Mexican fare and more unusual combinations so not typical dishes. We enjoyed everything - just didn’t expect the bill with drinks and tips to be almost $200 for 4. Service was super friendly and our meals came out fast. Be prepared for a delicious albeit noisy experience. We’ll definitely return!

   Food and drinks were great, as usual, but the star of the show tonight was Trevor, our server. His service was spot on and his hospitality was warm, welcoming, and accommodating. If you have the chance, sit in Trevor’s section.

   I took my daughter and her family to a 5:30 pm dinner on Friday night. The service was outstanding. The food was fresh, delicious and plentiful. And the cost was very reasonable. Blanco Cocina is a great addition to the Denver restaurant scene.

   The restaurant was not overly busy but service was painfully slow. Our 7 entrees arrived before 4 drinks that were ordered at the same time as the entrees. When we inquired where the drinks were they said “we only have one bartender today.” One guest after receiving the entree said they didn’t want their drink any longer. The server said sorry but made no efforts to make it right for the rest of table. Comping our apps would have been appropriate at a minimum. Although the food was food I would be hesitant to return due to the bad service and lack of desire to make it right when they clearly knew we shouldn’t have experienced that delay in service.

   The food and service were excellent. We loved the large tables where one could eat comfortably. The only drawback was the noise, the restaurant was very loud. Regardless, we will be back!

   They accommidated a 7 person birthday party reservation a few days prior. Service was excellent and attentive. Food never fails to be outstanding. The poblano shrimp enchiladas were flavorful!
