Blacklock a modern version of the Great British chophouse. Set an old furniture factory in the heart of London’s East End. We take the best meat in the country from the award-winning farmer and butcher Philip Warren in Cornwall. We cook chops simply over our real charcoal grill with a little help from vintage Blacklock irons and serve it all up alongside cocktails that give back and wine on tap in our atmospheric chop mecca. On Sundays we serve a Sunday Roast (almost as good as Mum's).

    Fun, family atmosphere. Came here on a Sunday afternoon. We had reservations at 3:30, but arrived a bit early and they were able to find a table for us. The Sunday roast was plentiful and the gravy was poured heartily! A delightful meal 🍽️! We are from the states, but husband is ready to book a flight back, soon, just for another Sunday roast.

    Great food and service! The staff was attentive and knowledgeable. The only downside was the noise level. The restaurant was very lively, and at times it was difficult to hold a conversation without raising our voices.

    We had a really nice lunch at Blacklock,. The meat we had was delicious and tender. We had a Porterhouse, a bone in sirloin and a lamb rump between four of us. Excellent quality meat the and service was spot on. Lovely Italian girl who was very engaging and polite. Only thing I would change is to have more veg/salad options.
