   Reservation was 25 minutes late, had to go back to hostess to make sure what was going on, finally got seated at bar area on high top table

   A very nice casual restaurant with an extensive menu. Several television screens throughout and excellent service. We had six family members this time and everyone was very pleased with their meals. Extensive craft beer list, great burgers and my wife really liked her salmon dinner. Signature "Pizookie" dessert is a great ending to the meal. Also, great fish and chips.

   Made an Open Table reservation on a Monday for 10 people for that Friday at 11am. With a nearly empty restaurant, we had one server. Drinks were ordered. Drinks were delivered. Food order was placed. Drinks were refilled twice before food was served. Server had to make 3 trips to serve the whole table food. First set of food was rapidly cooling by the time last set was served. For a party this large, with advance warning, I would have expected better backup by management for our server.

   Upon arrival no hostess greeted us for 6-minuites Staff looked busy and avoided eye contact. Upon sitting down waiter did not come for 5-minutes. BJ's used to be a preferred restaurant for us. What used to be a name brand in restaurants appears to be affected by the low motivation staff exhibits in upholding the restaurant's name.

   Our server was new. Nobody shadowed him. Our orders were either late or wrong. We were celebrating my Nephew's graduation and his food didn't come until it was time to leave. We complained a couple of times but only received half hearted explanations and weak apologies. They took off food orders that were wrong or late. I know it's hard to get good help these days. But the restaurant wasn't very busy so I'm not sure of why the service was so poor.

   Some food was great, and some was awful. BJ's is usually good. Bad food was a surprise, and they took the item off the bill.

   Salmon tasted expired, couldn’t finish it. Salad was swimming in vinaigrette, way too much, Dinner for 2 without alcohol cost almost $70, NOT WORTH IT!
