   Food was not at all tasty. Haven't been to a BJs in yrs but surely don't remember it being like this. We tried the Chicken Potstickers, Bone-in Wings, Mac & Cheese Bites, Deep Dish BBQ Chicken Pizza & BJs Smokehouse Burger. Absolutely nothing was good. The drinks were ok. Server was friendly and you could tell he was trying, but this just wasn't the job for him. The manager was accommodating and apologetic when one of our entrees came out wrong.

   The food was good but not as good as we have had at other BJ’s Restaurants. The waiter was very nice and apologized when one of our orders was missed and took forever to be served. I was suprised that a manager did not bring it to our table. We dined early and it was not busy at all. He did take it off of our check though. They were out of several items on the menu too.

   I understand it was Valentine’s Day but being a worker in the service industry this place was very unorganized. Had a reservation booked and still had to wait an additional 30 minutes after traveling from Panama City for 2 and a half hours. Once seated waited 30 minutes for our server to greet us and take our order. Then we waited for another 30 minutes for appetizers and an additional 15 minutes for our drinks. Then we waited 35 more minutes for our food to arrive. It was edible nothing extravagant. Will not recommend or return.

   Maybe the lack of quality was due to the rush since it was Valentine’s Day but after arriving with a 6:30 reservation, we were finally seated at 7:10. The waitress was very kind and prompt. One of us had a wedge salad which had two pieces of bacon bits on it and blue cheese dressing with nothing more. The food took over an hour and a half from when it was ordered to arrive. The salmon was about three inches long, very thin and narrow. Very disappointing for almost $30. The chicken tenders the kid ordered were stringy or stretchy and not natural when you pull it apart. The fresh fruit was far from fresh. The steak was cooked wonderfully tho!

   I realize this was a holiday, but the poor planning due to the holiday was very apparent. The planning was like the last beer dinner. Nothing as it should have been despite reservations and knowledge of an event. We come once a month, at least, for pizza and beer. Tonight was almost a disaster except that our server was great. The last beer dinner (3) of the advertised beers were not available. Your planning needs to be revamped

   We've been here several times and have eaten some of everything. This time I ordered the pan pizza and it was very generic by far and highly over priced. I've had Digourno taste better I'll never order that again and wont recommend it to anyone e
