This was another of several visits to this restaurant over the past couple of years. The experience could have been better. The food was great. The service was not at all. The restaurant was quite empty when we arrived. The person at the front desk seated us after a warm greeting. It didn’t take long. However, we watched several employees walking back-and-forth without stopping to service. We finally flagged down the person who sat us And she got someone to come in service. Our server was very good. She was patient, she was professional, she was pleasant. Our food finally came out after about a 30 minute wait. It seems that the manager was walking around, actually standing behind our booth and not doing much. We still kept seeing employees laundering back-and-forth without much being done with the exception of our server. I also noticed that there were areas of the floor that weren’t clean, referring to plastic or silverware still on the floor. Our bill came out wrong, but our server quickly corrected that. Finally, we paid and left. I’m hopeful that if I visit again, the experience will be more professional in terms of the weight staff in general and the manager in particular. I would not mind at all, having the same server, though, because she was the most pleasant part of the evening.

The waitress acted like she would rather be anywhere but there. Our food was brought out by a runner, we ran out of drinks and did not see our waitress until 10 minutes after we finished eating. The food was so so.

Took 15 minutes to be greeted. Server did her best, but it seems the front end systems and training are just not there. They were out of prime rib, chicken wings, egg rolls, and bread bowls after boasting about it when i confirmed the reservation. Really want to like the place, but it will be another year or two before we come back. Hoping it will get better.

Too dark in the restaurant, made it hard to see the menu. There were flies bothering us as we were trying to eat. My food was way undercooked and my son's burger was burnt. Our waitress was nice and always brought us new drinks. We had a reservation and they sat us pretty quick after arriving.

We had a group of 15. Amanda was our server and she did an OUTSTANDING job!!! Nothing was missed, she helped us with our mom’s birthday things and was just as nice, organized and “on it” as she could be!! Kudos Amanda!!

Food was horrible. I was so disappointed as we were celebrating our daughter’s college graduation. Short staffed and long waiting for food. We will not be back.
