   Awful food and cold. Service was slow. Didn’t bring one of our appetizers. Martini took 45 minutes. Bathroom was filthy.

   Been there many times but this time service was terrible. It was a 3 hour sitting. Drinks and food served at different times and not as ordered.

   We celebrated New Years Eve with friends . Our waitress was not friendly . We asked for things like crackers with our soup never got . I had toppings on my pizza i didn’t ask for but ate anyway because slow getting our food . Just missed on this night but has been great before when dining here .

   Unfortunately we had a horrible experience at Bjs on Christmas Eve. This was not the fault of our server. The kitchen messed up two dinner entrees badly. We waited for our food forever! Ugh!

   It took almost 15 minutes for a server to acknowledge us. We were the during a cold evening and the AC was on. We asked repeatedly to at least turn it off but nothing was done until we were getting up to leave.

   Upon entering this restaurant it seems very nice and upscale. The greeters and waiters were very friendly and attended to every request. BUT the food took over an hour to get and once it arrived it luke warm at best and not very flavorful. For the price paid, one would expect better food.

   We had a great experience with a larger group. Our food overall was great and our server Jordan did very well. She was taking care of several parties in our area and still maintaining our needs.

    I’ve been to BJs numerous times and have had good experiences. I made a reservation 2 weeks prior for 16 people. I called and increased the number to 18. I specifically asked if they could accommodate a party that large as I had called 2 other places that were not able to. The manager I spoke with told me they could accommodate up to 20 without a contract. I asked if we would have a room and was told no but we would have an area to ourselves. The night of the dinner a few others came that I was not expecting. We were still under 20 people. The hostess was very annoyed. We were crammed in 2 tables that were very close to other tables and were not able to utilize one of the empty booths. (That remained empty the entire time) The general manager said they were grossly understaffed and he would be waiting on our table. He was very friendly and was working hit butt off. We were seated for 20 minutes before our drink order was taken. It took another 30 minutes to get some of the drinks and 3 others didn’t arrive until we asked about them. 3 of the drinks were incorrect. We placed our food order and there was a significant wait before the food started coming out. My son’s prime rib was about 30% fat and overcooked. 3 meals didn’t arrive until we asked about them. Our reservation was for 6:30. We paid our bill at 9:16. I understand we had a large party. We expected it would take a little longer than normal due to it being such a large party and a Saturday night however this was excessive. I wish they would have just told us they couldn’t accommodate us so we could have found something where we could celebrate my son’s engagement comfortably and actually interact with each other.
