   We have not been to BJs in a while. Our group ordered a variety of items. Food was just okay, not great. We expected better.

   Took my friend for her 74th Birthday. I added a special request message when making the reservation to have Happy Birthday sung to my friend but that would not have happened if I hadn't enitiated it. Only the hostess was there to sing with me. I kinda thought the staff of servers might take 1 minute of there time to all gather around and sing. Nope didn't happen. It was a bit weak to say the least and she didn't even know my friends name which I provided in my request message when making the reservation. A bit disappointed about that part.

   We got to the restaurant about 20 min early. They greeted us and took us within about 10 min took us to our table. The server was delightful and engaging. Food was good.

   A popular casual spot if you’re in the area. My French dip sandwich was very good. My wife’s club sandwich looked good. I recommend BJ’s especially if you’re attending an event at the Harris Center.

   Took our grandkids and had a great time. Food was good. Our waiter Jacob was excellent. Always a good experience at this BJs.

   Food was delicious! Tried the new pit stickers and LOVED them. My salad was served to me without any dressing so that wasn’t good. Had to ask my waiter for some. After that the salad was extremely delicious except for the blackened chicken was too dry.

   For a chain restaurant in California, the lack of vegan options was disappointing. Never in my life have I seen guacamole come standard with sour cream pre-mixed in. Also, one of our party got a Caesar salad and it was obvious it was served on top of moderately unfresh bagged salad mix.

   This was a horrible experience to say the least. Loooong wait times for drinks appetizers food in general and then waited and waited for birthday dessert. We had a soggy and very odd tasting club sandwich with absolutely no avocado on it bacon was not cooked the fat was yucky soft. My niece ordered macaroni and cheese and it was flat out kraft macaroni type food with MELDEWED fruit cup!!!! My son got his side of macaroni and it was terrible dry like it had been sitting for a very long time. My grandson ordered corn dogs and some were ice cold in the middle and soggy cornmeal the others were cooked OKAY! I asked the waiter for a fruity cocktail I told him I like Malibu rum or vodka and he brought me a tequila amaretto grapefruit drink that was so nasty I took it to the bar tender and he said that’s why it’s not on the menu anymore it’s a horrible drink!!!😮 manager came over took off one child’s late and my club sandwich just everything was mediocre at best for the rest of the family 5 pieces of small shrimp in the gumbo! Cold and well well done burger the other two brisket were about the only things that were eaten. Not happy for 245.00 birthday meal!!

    Alex was an attentive server. We are early so it was quiet. Food was outstanding and large portions. My son had chicken Alfredo, my husband had a crispy chicken sandwich and I had the California grilled chicken club. My son ordered the pizookie strawberry shortcake dessert and WOW! It was very sweet and delicious - definitely more than enough to share with 3-4 people.
