   We had a wonderful lunch today celebrating our ☀️🌴 Pool Posse and Christmas! Sloan was a great server very attentive! There was no problem with our reservation and we all enjoyed our food so much! I absolutely love their brussels sprouts !!

   Server was pleasant but not very attentive. Had to ask for several condiments that should have been included with meal. 2 out of the 4 meals ordered were wrong. Fish and chips first came out burnt and then very greasy and too much batter and not enough meat. Busboy dropped ranch dressing on my son in laws pants. Very apologetic (it was an accident) but no compensation or offer to make anything right. Sad because our bill came to over $145 and most of the food was either cold or barely edible.

   we had a very rude server, waited 45 min till greeted at our table, food took an hour, asked for a mini pizza and got charged for a full size.

   This is specific to the Corona location only - we've only had great experiences at every other BJ's. We will be going into more detail in a correspondence with BJ's corporate headquarters, but the inept service and the compounding errors throughout our meal were mind-boggling. We started looking for a hidden camera. We're not demanding customers, having had kids who worked in restaurants. We're especially forgiving when we're part of a large party, like the 12 we had yesterday. We had to look for a server after being seated for half an hour, then things went from bad to worse. And even after one couple in our party got up and left, one never getting a meal, our dessert orders were screwed-up and we had a hard time just paying to leave. This was like a really bad comedy.

   The service was great !! We ordered some chicken nuggets and was to hard and the taste was not to good to old the oil was ..
