   Our server was pleasant, but unfortunately, very inattentive. She didn’t check on us after the food started coming out. Two of us didn’t receive half of our meal. We had to bring it to her attention after the fact. We placed a dessert order, after waiting 30 minutes we still hadn’t received our dessert and no one had come back to check on us. We had to go to the hostess booth and ask where our dessert was and where our waitress was. Just overall very poor customer service.

   Very busy but service was still great. Nice, friendly efficient. Only negative would be it too long to get our cocktails however it was very crowded also large party in back room so it's kinda understandable :)

   Everything was just ok. Making a reservation on OpenTable was amazing!! We missed the 45 min wait for a table period.

   Why make a reservation? Arrived minutes before my reservation time and still waited 40 minutes. All the while they are sitting others around me. Asked twice and was told they are clearing our table. 40 minutes to do that? Food was okay. I ordered the fried chicken with gravy. When I received the meal, there was a minimal amount of gravy. I asked for additional and when the server came back he told me they had none and I received all they had. HUH? What if someone after me orders the fried chicken. Sounds like a lazy cook to me. This will be my last time in patronizing BJ’s.
