   Food was as anticipated, service was very slow. We were not in a hurry and had great conversation, but it did take 20 minutes from being sat down to be served a drink and order taken.

   Double bone pork chops are great, but service was very slow and the restaurant was very cold. We have now been to this restaurant 4 times and have been very cold all 4 times. If you are a polar bear you will love this place, otherwise bring a coat or a sweater.

   Made a reservation and was seated a few minutes early. I had tried tip roast, mashed potatoes, salad, All delicious. Service was very good. Noise levels were appropriate for the setting.

   Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Things ultimately felt a little overpriced for the quality received. I ordered the Filet Mignon, medium. It arrived completely brown inside, tough to cut, and dry. It had basic flavor…the only saving grace that made it edible was the melted garlic butter on it. I did enjoy the Tomato and Mozzarella salad and mashed potatoes I ordered as well.

   Usually one of our go-to places but experience is declining. Started with a drink that wasn’t made to order. When meals came out, baked potato was black inside, couldn’t get the waitress’ attention to try and get a new one, had to get up to get her. Fries were cold and tri-tip was fatty. Finally brought out a new potato as we were finishing our meal. Brought out wrong pizookie from what was ordered. Never checked on drinks or brought refills without asking. This is the second time in a row that we’ve had mediocre service and issues with food preparation.
