   Absolutely delicious meal! Amazing ambience and our waitress was more than attentive. Very knowledge of the menu and the wine! Would definitely dine again in the future.

   Service extrêmement lent , inefficace dont des erreurs de commande, une incapacité à décrire les plats présentés, etc... Ton familier de la part des divers serveurs et accueil plutôt froid à l'arrivée, manque de décorum pour ce restaurant d'un hôtel de prestige, même s'il s'agit d'un bistro. Il ne s'agissait pas de notre première visite, donc la déception a été plus grande car nous avions eu une meilleure expérience antérieurement. . Qualité des plats bonne, c'est davantage l'ambiance et surtout le service qui étaient déficients.

   Excellent choice while in Quebec. Stayed at the fabulous Fairmount. All staff recommendations on dining were excellent, but no need to ever leave the hotel!
