   The staff were very skilled with the wine and food choices. It was fine dining at its best. The pace was excellent in that we were not rushed yet waited for nothing. The flavour and presentation was excellent. I wholeheartedly recommend Bistro Bleu!

   This was our 4th time at Bistro Bleu and the 1st time we were disappointed. Overall it seemed a bit off. Our servers, Ramon and Luis were very friendly but appeared to have too many tables and the restaurant seemed under staffed for how busy it was. Food was not as good as had been and service disjointed. Guess all restaurants can have an off night.

   Lovely setting , great view if ocean -Escargot , great -Salmon pave with a burnt butter sauces, lemon, cream thyme light garlic, shallot - Amazing! No fishy taste, velvety smooth sauce - Crepe suzette . an old recipe with a modern twist. Caramelized lemon and lime calmed down the sweet taste- lovely One of the best meals I have had anywhere; check tgem out Chef knows what he/she is doing

   Food was every bit as good as a Michelin restaurant in Paris but with a better view! Only negative all might were that our main courses could have been served a little quicker and warmer.

   Great environment, super service. Broad selection. Pork dish was excellent. Fettuccine Alfredo was disappointing. Price is high for a decent meal, but you pay for the environment and service.
