    Everything was very good except for the birthday treat, which was a bunch of bland cupcakes. I'm staying at the Grand Luxxe and I've had great treats everywhere I've been. The best was at the Quinto restaurant, where the chef prepared a very special cake that I'll never forget in my life! So I think that a refined restaurant is French, I expected much more than just a few mini cupcakes with no filling or toppings!

    It took 2 hours and 5 minutes to get our meal. The service staff tried but the kitchen was the problem.

    Service was terrible. There were two of us We waited at least 1/2 hr for our waiter to take our order. We ordered meal and got 2 glasses of wine and bread and butter and then waited again for at least 1/2 hr more. No one checked on us asked if we wanted more water or wine. Some tables around us were waited on and food delivered well before ours. The whole experience was over two hours. The duck was Luke warm and a little tough. The catch of the day was better and at least hot

    The lobster bisque my husband ordered was not what he expected. The bisque was like having a watery soup with little pieces of lobsters. It was a disappointment. My husband says send your cook to Ruth Chris to learn how to make a true lobster bisque.
