   Absolutely wonderful. Waitress was extremely good - polite and helpful. Coped very well when asked for a more complicated drink order (asking for what flavours you had in Gin). Food was delicious - extremely high standard of cuisine! Looked beautiful too. Really impressed. Loved the French music and atmosphere/decorations - a really lovely touch. The teacher was great supporting his waiting staff well but discretely :) The tiny macaroons were the cutest and loveliest burst of sweetness to end the evening! Thank you - will definitely book again.

   Service very slow to the point you had to go to the bar yourself after first drink. Meal was luke warm. Main meal fish was dried up overcooked like cardboard, chicken chasseur was like a mush no resemblance of chicken. Creme brullee was tiny. Evening was overpriced and would never recommend.

   Waited at least 45 from arriving to receive first food the soup which was poorly presented and tepid Main course arrived cold and looking awful Dessert creme brûlée was ting and sable biscuit soggy Certainly not worth the 28 pounds each paid Would not return based on this experience

   Attended Breakfast with Santa this morning, Saturday 14th December. The elves were extremely busy and very attentive. Santa arrived to our delight bringing Christmas cheer and joy for all to share. My nephew was delighted to meet Santa and also with his gift! The breakfast choices were amazing and the service was good. This is a great local venue which I regularly support to help the students develop their catering skills.

   There was a long wait for the food and a lot of it was undercooked , the toast was more like bread and the sausage patty had no colour to it. The hash browns were very greasy and soggy.

   Hello Louise, we are very sorry to hear you did not enjoy your breakfast. If you had mentioned to us on the day we would have ensured you got a replacement. We are a training restaurant, whereby students are learning and developing their catering skills, which can sometimes mean there may be a wait on food or imperfections.     Lovely warm festive feel to the bistro today . My friend and I really enjoyed the festive afternoon tea. Food was yummy as always. Staff are very welcoming and great customer service.
