Bistro at B63 offers guests a unique dining experience. Our training restaurant helps to develop the future stars of the catering and hospitality industries, working alongside Bistro Lead Simon Roberts and Head Chef Joe Parsons and their team to create a range of beautiful and creative dishes. Bistro at B63 is open for gourmet and themed dining on Wednesday and Thursday evenings (term time only).

We offer a wide range of themed events throughout the year from Gin Tasting evenings to Murder Mystery Nights.

The Bistro has a modern and cosy atmosphere and has been described as a 'hidden gem' by other diners.

    Attended Breakfast with Santa this morning, Saturday 14th December. The elves were extremely busy and very attentive. Santa arrived to our delight bringing Christmas cheer and joy for all to share. My nephew was delighted to meet Santa and also with his gift! The breakfast choices were amazing and the service was good. This is a great local venue which I regularly support to help the students develop their catering skills.

    There was a long wait for the food and a lot of it was undercooked , the toast was more like bread and the sausage patty had no colour to it. The hash browns were very greasy and soggy.

We are a training restaurant, whereby students are learning and developing their catering skills, which can sometimes mean there may be a wait on food or imperfections.     Breakfast with Santa was a magical experience. Excellent food and service. Santa was wonderful, giving everyone time, playing with the children, and so patient. We have some lovely photos and wonderful memories.

    Fantastic evening with very attentive staff (students ). Always a great evening but this year the Christmas dinner main course was a little too seasoned ( salted) but that aside good value for money.
