Join us for our new Fall Menu at Birch's on the Lake! Enjoy the comfort of a Wisconsin-style supperclub with an Experimental American brewery, all overlooking the beautiful waterfront of Long Lake. Ingredients are locally sourced and menus are seasonal. Please dress up or dress down. Have a date or bring your kids. Remember to contact us for all your private event parties and gatherings. Reservations are available in the Supperclub. Walk-in Seating is available in the Brewhouse and at both the Supperclub and Brewhouse Bar. Enjoy our beautiful lakeside views on Long Lake and our fresh brewed beer from Birch's Brewery. Breakfast served daily until 3pm. Happy Hour Sunday-Thursday 3-5pm.

    Brunch with Santa was so fun today. Food choices were varied and delicious. All the servers we attentive and festive. Great Santa too!

    We had a reservation but were seated 20 minutes late. The service was not good, it took too long for someone yo tend to our table and take a drinks order. The relish tray never came. They forgot our appetizers, until we reminded them. They ran out of potato pancakes and the kitchen substituted with mashed potatoes, but our server never explained this to us.

    Nice ambiance but very expensive for brunch. Prices are as high as what you would be paying for at a 5 star hotel restaurant without it being a 5 star restaurant.

    Not worth the money or time! Charged us more ,it was supposed to be 46 per adult, we were charged 50 and 24 for child. Santa looked like an Elf! Not in a realistic Santa suit! My Grandson said it was a fake Santa! Disappointing.

    We had a lovely evening with great friends. The menu offers lot of options. Our table was in a crowded part of the restaurant which made noise levels loud.
